Fran Glendinning has been teaching her Southern Style of power yoga for over 25 years in Birmingham, Alabama. Her calming voice encourages students to listen to their bodies, while still doing as much as possible to reach new goals of strength, flexibility and range of motion. All ages and fitness levels can enjoy the benefits of Fran's power yoga workout. It is challenging, yet variations are explained and demonstrated which can accommodate all levels from beginner to expert.
